Q. Do you have qualified people who are immediately available?
A. Yes - many contract technical positions can be filled within a few days.

Q. Will you visit our facility or job site?
A. We always encourage doing so. It gives our staff a better understanding for the type of experience, training and personality which will be most effective in your company.

Q. Do you check references?
A. Very carefully. Knowing whether the professional can do what he, or she, says they can do, efficiently and competently, is very important to us and we verify previous dates of employment and certificates, plus evaluations of previous supervisors.

Q. Who does the contract employee report to?
A. Though paid by Summit, the individual reports only to you, or to whomever you designate, while on the assignment.

Q. Do I have a guarantee on the skill or ability of the contract employee?
A. Certainly. Our staff will follow up during the first day the Summit Employee is on the assignment, for a progress report. If not a match for the assignment, for any reason, Summit will arrange for a replacement.

Q. How is the contract employee paid?
A. Summit contractors are paid weekly for services rendered during the prior week. They are paid through Summit’s payroll system and we withhold all applicable Federal and State payroll and FICA taxes.

Q. How are we billed?
A. After payroll processing is completed, invoices for the previous week (for which the contract employee has already been paid) are mailed to corporate clients. Invoices are expected to be paid on NET 10 terms.
